The group rate applies three days before and three days after the conference dates, subject to availability.

PAYMENT: Total package early registration with full payment is due no later than August 12, 2003. Registrations submitted after August 12 will be on a space available basis. Package registration will be handled on a first come-first serve basis. A sellout situation is expected - early registration is advised. A minimum of one per person per room must be registered for the conference.    
     

Cancellation Policy:

  • Airfare - nonrefundable once ticketed.
  • Accommodations - Cancellations received on or before October 1 are subject to a $100 administrative cancellation fee plus any vendor penalties.
  • No refund on cancellations received after October 1.
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing and received by Georgia International Travel.
